Step by step

  1. 01

    Online Registration

    Visit www.crmc.edu.ph and fill up online admission/registration form thru jotform to secure an appointment for the Admission/Entrance Examination.

  2. 02

    Guidance Office

    Visit the guidance office to secure a payment slip for the entrance examination fee.

  3. 03

    Cashier's Office

    Proceed to cashier for payment.

  4. 04

    Guidance Testing Area

    Proceed to guidance testing area for examination.

  5. 05

    Checking/Releasing

    The guidance office will check the test results (5-7 working days). After checking and validation, the guidance office will contact you to release the test results.

  6. 06

    Dean

    After getting the result, proceed to the Dean's office to evaluate your test result.

  7. 07

    Enroll

    Proceed for Enrollment.
