The Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges, College of Criminology is committed continues to pursue to produce competent graduates adequately prepared in the field of law enforcement administration, Criminal Sociology, Crime Detection and Investigation, Forensic Sciences and Correctional Administration professions.

The CRMC College of Criminology is a premier Criminology institution in Northern Cebu that produces competent Criminologists equipped with knowledge and skills in Law enforcement, Criminal Sociology, Crime Detection and Investigation, Forensic Science, and Correctional Administration through the following strategies:
1. More competent Faculty members through training in the various skills in the field of Criminology.
2. Enhanced instruction provided to students in the basic concepts and skills in Law Enforcement Administration, Criminal Sociology, Crime Detection and Investigation, Forensic Science and Correctional Administration.
3. Improved utilization of equipment through prompt and adequate maintenance to help elevate use of resources.
4. Increasing number of passers in the Criminologist licensure examination and other government career service examination.
5. Producing criminological research and conducting extension service useful in the development of Northern Cebu community.
